What is this service like?
The IREG, intellectual property rights registrar, is designed to ensure that copyright protection is effective, convenient, simple and remote.
The service registers the copyright for works of art for 10 minutes at the price of a cup of coffee, the object is placed in the database of the system and stored for 70 years.
We started our work on December 1, 2015.
Since then, we've maintained a single public register and set the server time stamp.
What device can I use the System on?
We recommend using the System from a personal computer of any operating system or tablet. Using with mobile phones is also possible, but typing can be somewhat inconvenient due to the small screen size.
There will be no failures and bugs on any device.
What does it give me?
Copyright arises at the time of creation of the Work, so you need the most simple, convenient and cheap way to fix the moment so that it can then become your proof of authorship and allow to receive legal profits. Registration of the Work on the site is a written proof of copyright, the system establishes a server timestamp, assigns a unique code and stores data about the Author.
Neither the system and the Author, nor third parties, nor certifying centers will be able to change the timestamp, the unique code and the Work itself.

When placing a work in the Directory, you must specify a price for ordinary users who want to read it for informational purposes, and for commercial users who want to use it for commercial and business purposes.
